Shipping and Return Policies

Upon ordering with SBB The Collection, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. As SBB The Collection is a collection of hand-crafted fine jewelry, pieces are made-to-order which means lead-times from email confirmation to shipping date may vary per item.

*please expect longer lead-times during seasonal periods such as Christmas. We suggest ordering with a 6 week window before Christmas, as every step of our process chain will be operating at high volume and we are dedicated to maintaining only the highest quality product*

.You will then receive an email update immediately upon shipping. Our most usual lead-times from date of confirmation to date of shipping, will be 2-3 weeks, however there will be times when we have items in stock and can ship within days. There are some more intricate pieces in the collection that can be expected to take 4-6 weeks from confirmation to shipping - this will be noted in the description below the product.

Cancellation and Return Policies

Orders can be cancelled within 24hours of Order Confirmation. 

SBB The Collection accepts returns and will refund within 14 days of receipt of item. Product must be returned in same condition and packaging as sent, without any wear.
