We don’t believe in mass-production. Every piece in STICKYBACKBAILEY is hand-wrought and made to order, a "slow burn" process that ensures your jewelry has as much soul as you do.
Our timeline
Once you hit the button, check your inbox for an Order Confirmation. Since we make these pieces with intention, lead times vary. Usually, 2–3 weeks from confirmation to shipping. For our more intricate designs, expect 4–6 weeks (this will be noted on the specific product page).
Occasionally, we have pieces ready to go. In those cases, we’ll ship within 3 days.
You’ll get a second email the moment your package hits the road.
For Christmas orders, we suggest a 6-week window. Our process chain runs at high volume during the holidays, and we refuse to sacrifice "pretty or gritty" for speed.
Where’s my confirmation?

Change of Heart?
We get it. Life happens. You have a 24-hour window after your Order Confirmation to cancel. After that, we’ve likely already started hammering the metal.
If the piece isn't your perfect match, we accept returns and offer refunds within 14 days of receipt. Product must be returned in its original, hand-crafted packaging. It must be unworn and in the same condition as when it arrived.
