This sumptuous hand-carved pinky ring, dedicated to Mamie Smith, (the first black artist and the first female recording artist to record the blues in a time when it was unheard of for women to even have access to a studio) wraps the female form around your baby finger. A ceremony that rejoices in the wondrous abilities of all it is to be a woman and the majesty of the intoxicating sensuality lined in the curves of our bodies. Originally sculpted from a block of wax, later then cut, carved and melted, in sterling silver, to be finished in 14KT gold as pictured.
